Planning for the Holiday Party!!!
As the holiday season quickly approaches with events and parties the dieter is often left out in the cold. The choices at these parties are rarely diet friendly. The holiday atmosphere is usually carefree with lots of family, friends and co-workers trying to convince you to partake. You have worked hard all year and feel that you deserve to let loose. You are tempted to pack away the diet for the duration of the holiday season and sort the fallout with New Years resolutions to get back on track. That is a HUGE MISTAKE! This year let’s do something different: 1) Continue to come for your weigh ins. Accountability and support will help prevent self sabotage. 2) We will provide you with tips that will allow you to partake in the Pre- Holiday fun without piling the pounds back on. 3) You will get a little break with our new Holiday Break Out Plan that allows you to enjoy a bit of everything. 4) We will deal with the inevitable New Years Resolutions. However this time after enjoying the holidays without putting the pounds back on. 5) We will sit down together and plan where to go from here.
