    Office Closed for Training
    On February 22 and 23 2021 our clinic will be closed. We are transitioning our practice to electronic medical records. We are excited and confident that this will transition will enable us to offer our patients additional services. On these two days our staff will be trained on how to utilize the new program.
    In the following weeks as we work hard to become proficient we ask for your patience.
    If your scheduled weigh in day is on Monday ( February 22/21) or Tuesday ( February 23/21) please email us your weight and one of our physicians will contact you with diet advice.

    We now have a dedicated email for your emailed weigh ins. Please send your weight/journal to:

    Please do not send us pictures of your scale as we are not able to print these.
